The PRO module is a separate add-on monitoring device designed to support compatible St John X1 & X3 AEDs with live, 24/7 status, location, and readiness tracking.

Using a secure IoT connection, the module continuously monitors your defibrillator and delivers real-time updates - giving you confidence your AED is ready when it matters most.

Once your delivery is picked up from our warehouse, Australia Post will send an email or SMS, with a tracking number and details of their website. This will enable you to track your order if required.

For items such as medical stretchers that are too big for Australia Post to carry, we will use our nominated courier service.
