Overview
These Terms and Conditions apply to all products and services through the St John Ambulance National Online Shop.
By placing your order, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. St John branded products are supplied in accordance with St John quality standards and specifications. Products supplied by other manufacturers may also be subject to the relevant manufacturer's warranties and conditions where applicable.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing by St John Ambulance Australia, all goods and services ordered by a customer will be supplied in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
1. Price
The price for goods and services will be the current listed price or quoted price applicable at the time the order is accepted by St John Ambulance Australia.
Prices may be updated from time to time to reflect changes in product, supplier or operating costs.
2. Payment
Payment must be made using one of the payment methods available at checkout.
Ownership of goods does not transfer to the customer until full cleared payment has been received by St John Ambulance Australia.
3. Delivery
Shipping charges apply to online orders and are displayed during checkout.
St John Ambulance Australia may update delivery charges from time to time to reflect changes in shipping and operating costs.
4. Risk
Risk in the goods passes to the customer upon delivery to the nominated delivery address.
Ownership of the goods remains with St John Ambulance Australia until full payment has been received.
5. Delays
We aim to process and dispatch orders promptly. However, St John Ambulance Australia is not liable for delays in the supply of goods or services, or any consequences arising from those delays.
6. Order Amendments
If a customer requests changes to an order or delivery schedule and St John Ambulance Australia agrees to those changes, additional costs associated with the amendment may be charged.
7. Warranties and Limitation of Liability
a) Consumer Rights
Customers will receive the benefit of all warranties, guarantees and rights that are provided under Australian law and cannot lawfully be excluded.
b) Limitation of Liability
Subject to applicable law, St John Ambulance Australia excludes all other implied warranties and conditions and limits its liability for any breach of an express or implied term, condition or warranty to one of the following remedies, at St John Ambulance Australia's discretion:
For goods:
- Replacement of the goods
- Repair of the goods
- Payment of the cost of replacing or repairing the goods
Freight charges are excluded.
For services:
- Resupplying the services
- Payment of the cost of supplying the services again
8. Returns and Claims
Customers must notify St John Ambulance Australia before returning any product.

9. Goods and Services Tax (GST)
A tax invoice will be issued for all applicable purchases and will include GST where required.
10. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights remain the property of St John Ambulance Australia unless otherwise stated.
No intellectual property may be used, reproduced or distributed without the prior written consent of St John Ambulance Austraia.
This includes registered names, trademarks, logos, product specifications and promotional material produced or distributed by St John Ambulance Australia.
