Shipping Information
We aim to make receiving your order as straightforward as possible.
Orders placed before 10:00am (Sydney time) are typically dispatched on the next business day. Shipping charges apply to online orders placed through the National Online Shop.
Delivery
We use Australia Post and trusted delivery partners to ship orders throughout Australia. Delivery timeframes may vary depending on your location and external factors that are outside our control.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information via email or SMS so you can follow your delivery's progress.
For larger items, such as medical stretchers, we may use a specialist courier service where required.
International Shipping
We currently do not offer international shipping.

Returns & Refunds
If there is an issue with your order, our team is here to help.
To help us investigate and resolve your enquiry as quickly as possible, please contact us in writing within 7 days of receiving your order and include your invoice details. Photos of the product or issue are always helpful.
Change of Mind Returns
As a general rule, we do not offer refunds for change of mind purchases. However, at the discretion of St John Ambulance Australia, incorrectly ordered products may be approved for return.
Approved items must:
- Be returned in a saleable condition
- Be returned within 7 days
- Be returned at the customer's expense
A restocking fee may apply. Freight charges are non-refundable Products returned in a non-saleable condition cannot be credited. No returns will be accepted after 14 days.
Warranty Claims
Products covered by warranty may be repaired, replaced or returned in accordance with the applicable warranty conditions. Our team will provide instructions on the return process where required.
Non-Refundable Items
Refunds are not available for:
- eLearning courses
- eBooks
- Gift cards
- Clearance items
