The St John Ambulance Sharps and Splash Injury Management course is an online course that provides learners with the skills and knowledge they need to safely and effectively manage a sharps and/or splash incident. Participants will gain knowledge in:

  • the correct infection control practices;
  • the methods for preventing sharps and spills incidents;
  • the steps for safely and effectively managing a spill;
  • the steps for safely and effectively managing a sharps injury; and
  • the required paperwork for sharps and splash injuries.

Easily completed within 60 minutes.

Participants will receive a St John Ambulance Certificate of Completion*

*St John Ambulance e-learning courses do not include a practical component normally required to build confidence to apply the skills in a first aid situation. Online learning is not a substitute for higher level courses.

Once your delivery is picked up from our warehouse, Australia Post will send an email or SMS, with a tracking number and details of their website. This will enable you to track your order if required.

For items such as medical stretchers that are too big for Australia Post to carry, we will use our nominated courier service.
