Delivery Information
We undertake to despatch your order the same day *if the order is placed before 10:00am Sydney time.
We use Australia Post or their agents for deliveries throughout Australia. Goods will be delivered Monday to Friday. Deliveries can take between 5 to 10 working days due to Australia Post schedule. A signature will be required at delivery address when receiving goods unless delivered to a post office box.
Once your delivery is picked up from our warehouse, Australia Post will send to your email address, a tracking number and details of their website. This will enable you to track your order if required.
International Customers
For customers who have international courier accounts like DHL or FED Ex, provide your account number in the delivery instructions. We will contact them to have your parcel collected from our warehouse in Smithfield. Alternatively St John will charge $15 to send the parcel to your nominated shipping agent within Australia for export overseas.
For customers who do not have an account please contact the customer service team on shop@stjohn.org.au or 1300 956 625 so we can provide a quote for freight costs to your destination.
Setting up registration details for International customers:
Our website is customised for the Australian market, however it is possible to record your billing and shipping information within the Address, Address 2, Suburb and Postcode fields. Change the state to OTHER.
